Our first still lambic, in the twilight between lambic and wine. This two-year-old
lambic rested in an Oloroso Sherry cask over 30 years old, where it developed its
deep, vinous character. When blending Lambic'ado, we chose this exceptional lambic to bottle it as is, preserving its pure essence.between two traditions.

750mL bottle at Boernerf. Pours clear gold with no head. Dusty old wood and sherry barrels on the nose. Flavour has buttery oak, plenty of sherry barrels, some old wood. Nice barrel character, but not super complex.

750mL bottle at Boerenerf, pours a clear golden with a tiny head. Aroma is subtle, with very soft sherry notes and a hint of leathery hay. Flavour is very soft and dry, with musty horse blanket, leather, and gentle sherry to round things off. Totally flat, lacking some depth and complexity. It’s alright.
