A hazy New England Style IPA coming to you in collaboration with our wonderful neighbour Hop Dogma. This one was brewed with Citra, El Dorado, Denali, and Idaho 7 hops, as well as Denali and El Dorado whole cone hop flowers. A subtle bitterness allows the strong flavors and aromas of citrus and tropical fruits to shine.

Part of a blind tasting of 10 hazy IPAs at Harry’s Hofbrau during SF Beer Week. This one garnered my 3rd place vote. Loads of pineapple, but a little thinnish. Got better as it warmed.
