Brewed with fifty percent wheat, hallertau blanc hops and the classic hefeweizen yeast, this beer pours a pale straw colour with that signature hefe haze. The high carbonation makes it wonderfully crisp and the flavours are of fruity banana and spice. It also has mild bitterness and a tart finish. This true-to-style Hefe will be perfect for the last patio days of the year.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy straw colour with a medium, frothy, short lived, white head that laces. Aroma of grainy wheat malt, clove, yeast, faint banana and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy wheat malt, lemon zest, clove, yeast, banana and spicy hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing, but too mild. Just ok.
