A beautifully delicate lager. We used rice for 1/3 of the malt bill, hopped it in the whirlpool with Motueka hops, fermented it with our house lager yeast, then lagered it for nearly two months. It is very clean and light with a little bit of refreshing lime zesty character from the hops.

Draught at source: pours pale pale yellow with white head. Aroma is light grain, rice. Super light, dry and clean.
