India Pale Ale released as #8 in the Eagle Series
The new brew is crafted using Pale Malt, Munich Malt, and Caramel Malt to provide a solid base for the hops to shine. Cascade and Centennial hops are added in the kettle, delivering a crisp upfront bitterness followed by a pleasant lingering finish. Additionally, Centennial hops are generously used for dry hopping, imparting citrus, pineapple, and floral aromas.
