Can from Appellation Wines. Hazy golden body with a few flecks beneath a thick white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of salted lime, mint and pear. Flavour of grass, salted bread, lemon and lime. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. This is excellent - it is zesty and limey.

Appearance - murky yellow and a thin white head.
Nose - candied lemon and light sweet spice. Some fresh orange too.
Taste - fresh orange and more candied citrus. More sweet spice.
Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy and lightly bitter finish.
Overall - great stuff.
