Not to acidic and sour.
Pleasant blackberry, apple and oak profile.

Cherry red topped with a crimson cap.
Nose is tarte berry fruits, cherry skins, light funk, damp hay.
Taste comprises mixed red berries, acidic nibble, barnyard, vinous, hedgerow, herb, berry pips.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering kiss.
Solid stuff.
