Pretty sure if there were alien life, they too would appreciate a tasty hop-forward beer that’s not overwhelming in bitterness or heaviness. Galaxy, Mosaic Cryo, and Simcoe Cryo land out-of-this-world fruit and pine flavor and aroma right here on Earth.

Thanks omhper! Deep golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some mild nectary and peachy tones to it. Flavour is floral, fruity, nectary, peachy and some mild sweet toffeeish and caramelly tones to it.

Can shared. Clear light golden. Crisp malts, soft mango, pils, dough, gooseberries, CO2, spruce. Light sweet, more bitter. Crisp body, quite watery. Meh.

Can bought on holiday in Denmark and Sweden, drank back home. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Aroma is malts, hops, resin lightly and a soft spruce note. Nice. Flavor is malts, hops, again softly resinous and light spruce notes, bitter. Body is watery and thin, carbonation is firm at first but after a while it's almost gone it seems.
