We think we see it all, but somewhere down the line we stopped turning over rocks and climbing up trees. There are cities above and below us, but we’re so busy we tend to just pay attention to the couple of feet we inhabit above ground. It’s worth remembering that boredom is a necessary part of life; you start to rummage through your desk, open a forgotten book, or take a turn down the road you didn’t have time for yesterday. Pouring a rich orange color, Curiosity 153 pops with tropical citrus notes. Underneath its sticky lacing, aromas of mango nectar, creamy grapefruit panna cotta, and candied orange peel jump from the glass. The endless tinkering between sweet malts and hop saturation satisfies our perpetual curiosity. Until next time, cheers to you and yours.

Can from J and B Craft Drinks, Amsterdam, shared with Nick my barman friend at The BeerTemple, Amsterdam, 12th June 25. Pours a thick hazy orange yellow, aroma is citrus and earthy, mellow and skunky. Taste is earthy, bitter, citrus, dank and some skunk, potent. Tasty stuff

Celebrating the Knicks getting bounced from the playoffs. A little chalky for TH.
