Nice crisp apple notes, hints of the oak aging and yeast. Nicely flavored and not a sugar bomb. Me gusta.

Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a hazy moonstone color with a trace soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was leather, earthy, musty and pear. The flavor was sourish pear with leather, must, earth and was in general off and odd. Long leathery and earthy finish. Medium body. Not good.
