A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, mild oranges, some piney hops. Taste of piney bitter hops, citrus, grapefruit, tangerine. Moderate to long bitter finish.

I have a 440 ml can bought at Be Hoppy in Madrid previously this year. The beer was bought on the recommendation of the owner of the beer shop. I lift the tab on the can and tilt into a snifter. The view is an indistinct gold-yellow body topped by a healthy amount of fully white foam. I smell citrus first and foremost and then hops and grain. The drink is much more direct than the nose and that is good by me. Grapefruit, limes, grass, some pine and a bare touch of sweetness. Decidedly bitter, it is West Coast style, wish I knew the IBUs. It's good to get an old school brew from the continent.
