Together with Dogma Brewery we wanted to mix the low alcohol of a small ipa with a satisfing and bold body of a standard IPA. Micro Cosmos features the use of Enigma, Denali, Azacca to get the right citrusy aroma with a small amount of oats in the grist to give a smooth and joyful taste!

On tap @Eataly in Rome. Light Yellow Hazy color with super white foam. Nose: paper, dust. Mouth: frizzy carbonation, grapefruit, slightly tart and citric.
