Tap at the Green Lion, Malmo. Poured a clear dark brown witn a frothy tan head. The aroma is big Brett, smoky malt. The flavour is moderate sour with a crisp rich malt vinegar brett palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Loads of brett and rather sour but very refreshing and highly drinkable.

Draught at Brewers Beer Bar on October 1, 2014.Stated to be 5.8% ABV.Black color, smallish off-white head. Smoked, dry, light acidic scent, some chocolate. Acidic, smoked, sausage, roasted taste. Acidic, chacoal aftertaste. A bit thin mouthfeel, very low bitterness.Acidic black/roasted beers currently don’t flirt well with me, more makes me think of some kind of infection than good intentions.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours hazy blackish brown with a frothy mocha head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is funky and malty with roasted malts, toasted cereal, licorice root, lemon juice, hay, barnyard, cocoa powder and lemon zest. Taste is sour, malty and tiny funky with roasted malts, cocoa powder, moist soil, licorice root, hay, barnyard, lemon juice, sour milk and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, tiny watery and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour and malty with roasted malts, toasted cereal, cocoa powder, hay, soil, barnyard, sour milk and lemon zest. Really sour and quite good...

Riktigt trevlig.

A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, apples, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, apple, and brettanomyces, leading to a dry finish. The body is light.

Tap @SBWF 2013
Dark opaque black color, small brown head. Licorice in the nose. Medium-bodied. Licorice, caramel, not so much bretta in the flavor. Nice porter.
