In 1996 Giampaolo Sangiori founded Birrificio Lambrate and became one of the most prominent figures in the European craft beer movement. Anyone who knows Giampaolo, knows he is rarely seen without a cigarette in his mouth, so a smoked Vienna Lager seemed like the perfect collaboration between Redchurch and Lambrate. Smokey Monarch pours bright amber in colour with toasty malt aromas and a complex lingering smoky aftertaste.

on tap oro limpida buona schiuma piuttosto persistente affumicato leggero buon maltato non molto amara
