Refreshing. --- Beer aliased from original tick of The Pilsner on 06 Oct 2013 at 20:19 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5. Original review text: Pours gold with a fading head.Nose shows spicy, earthy and herbal hops along with some lemony notes.Pretty similar flavours, but hoppier. More herbal notes and light malt with a grainy hint.Could use a bit more carbonation.Pretty decent attempt at a bohemian pilsner!

On tap at the Australian Brewery, pours a hazy yellow blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of grass and biscuity malt. Flavour is light and clean, with biscuity malt and a touch of grass. Drinkable and dry, with a good crispness. Simple.
