Top fermented special craft pale beer not filtered nor pasteurized with addition of Picolit grapes must. Its intense golden colour has a velvety and long-lasting foam. On the nose it is elegant and intriguing recalling apricots jam, ripe fruits aromas and some dried figs.
A nice pairing for tasty foods, roasted pork or rabbit casserole, mature cheeses or pastries.
The tiny sediments found are the result of a natural and traditional process of secondary fermentation in bottle.

Közepes, nem túl tartós hab, homályos, félbarnánál picit sötétebb szín. Enyhén fűszeres, malátás illat, határozott, de viszafogott mustos, szőlős aromával. Íze egy tripel-re hajaz, fűszeres, malátás, némileg mustos, picit kilógó alkohollal. Testes, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Nem rossz csak az alkohol sok egy picit.

Bottle 0.33l from the brewery. Two years aged. Cloudy, reddish orange colored. AROMA- honey, medlar, quince, vanilla, apple, berries. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly bitter, berries, red apple, dark grapes, apple core, wood. Fuller bodied.
