Cask at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours deep red/brown with persistent whitish foam, very fine. Aroma is a marvelous mix of caramel, herbaceous, hop aromatic. Body is average with almost no carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter, with good final bitterness. Finish is relatively long and bitter.
