Draft at Malt in Fossa, Sogliano al Rubicone, Italy. Pours classic gold with a very high head of white foam, very fine too. Aroma is unusual, almost recalling truffle. Not pleasant to me. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderate in both sweetness and bitterness. Finish is average.

Tap at Lortica, Bologna-Italy. Amber/orange pour quite clear, medium off white foam. Nose: traces of dyacetil, boiled corn. Mouth: buttery, sweet. Easy to forget
