This is just us celebrating that we love doing things together. Daniel & Jacob made the artwork together and we keep on working together to get better at this "brewing on a larger scale thing" for every single beer. This one is packed with Chinook in WP, Spectrum Galaxy early dry hop and Motueka, Nelson Sauvin Amplifire pellets post fermentation. All of the hop choices were based on getting maximum biotransformation through our choice of yeast. Did we do it? I don't know. Hope you like it though!

Lys gulbrun klar med hvitt skum. Lukter barnål og kavring. Smaker blomster, ananas og lys kavring. Middels lang.

Canned. Clear bright golden, rich head. Aroma of marmelade and dried orange peels. Sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Sugared sponge cake with orange zest. Low bitterness. Tosca cake!

Pours hazy yellow with a large head. FRuity aroma with notes of orange marmalade and mango. Fruity, but not juicy flavour of mango, oranges and pine needles. Some hop burn in the finish. Tastes a bit stale.
