Symbiosis of lambic, cider and wine.
This blend contains 65% lambic, 30% cider and 5% wine. We made lambic with cherries, raspberries and apricots.
And blended it with Cider from Doggerland and a little of the powerful wine from Cabernet Mitos grapes, from Weingut Rebenhof in Germany. The intensity of the Mitos grapes was amazing.
The result is a blend with balanced taste, lovely color and powerful aroma.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a deep dark pinkish purple with a small pink head. Aroma has deep raspberries, moderate funk, and a touch of stone fruit acidity. Flavour is complex and dry, with plenty of tart raspberries, soft apricot, apple skins, and complex funk. Surprisingly cohesive and complex. Excellent.
