We aged our Scarecrow for 36 months on whisky barrels from High Coast Whisky that used to contain their unpeated whisky Älv.

Ultra smooth with nice flavors of raisins and cherries from the barrels, and also a touch of vanilla from the ex. bourbon barrels.

For this version we added A LOT of vanilla from Madagascar.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of whiskey barrels, some perfumey notes, toasted malt, and vanilla. Flavour is chaotic, with lots of sweet sugars, perfumey, and whiskey. Chaotic and lacking integration despite some nice things going on. Okay.

On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours dark brown. Whiskey barrels, vanilla, bread crusts on the nose. Flavour has tons of whiskey barrels, vanilla, bready malts, crusts. Boozy. Not bad.

MBCC 2025. Session #3.
A lot of barrel, some sweetness, dark chcocolate. Quite thick, moderately sweet, nice spirit and chcocolate notes. Good one.
