Bottle @MBCC 2025, Blue Session. Very thick, very dark red. Dusty honey aroma. Sweet honey flavour, some nice acidity and honey spice, wax and fat red berries.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a deep dark burgundy, no head. Aroma has rich treacly honey, some cognac barrels, and toffee. Flavour is extremely rich and sweet, with intense berries, deep honey nectar, and a hint of cognac. Very sweet but has endless depth. Excellent.
