Zac and Carla aren’t just talented brewers—they’re deeply focused on hospitality, making this partnership feel as natural as a perfect Lukr pour.

For this one, we wanted to expand on the culinary side of brewing, leading us to Vibe It Out, a Koji Japanese Lager. We used koji rice to acidify the mash pH and sushi rice in our cereal mash as part of our decoction step. Unlike our usual lagers where we map everything out to the decimal point, despite three weeks of research, this one was still a wild card. We had to vibe it out—and somehow, we nailed every number.
