One of my all time favorite breweries, American The Eight State Brewing hade to close earlier in 2024. Cam there is an amazing brewer and person and I always wanted to brew with him.
Luckily, he has a multi faceted new project, Hidden Space who I invited for a collaborative Fruited Sour. The first beer out of two celebrating my own 40th birthday - the perfect release for a new beginning in 2025.
The beer is a lovely Fruited Sour full of blueberries, raspberries and a touch of passion fruit to balance the richness of the berries. To round it off and give it some creaminess we added kilos of real vanilla.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. Clear very dark red, small pink head. Red berry, peach and vanilla aroma. Sourish sweet berry flavour, some vanilla.

MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. A clear pinkish red beer. Aroma of red berries, honey, elderberries. Taste of sour red berries, blackcurrant, grapes, easy to drink.

MBCC. Hazy deep red with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, raspberries and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 230525
