Cloudy pale amber colour, good frothy off-white head, dissipates slowly, light lacing. Aroma pale malts, orange, tangerine, light caramel, green herbs. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malts, grains, fruity, green herbs. Sweetbitter aftertaste, fruity, bit husky, light herbal notes. Medium body, watery to oily average carbonation, not a bad beer but why they call this a scottish ale is an enigma.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 2. A bit hazy darker orange color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma is malts, sweetish, a bit grainy underneath. Taste malts, grains, a bit sweet, a hint of green leaves, slightly a hint of caramel, a bit hayish. Decent body and carbonation.

7 3 7 3 15 Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering ’17. Very hazy golden orange with a cream coloured head. Aroma of herb, grass, citrus, light malt and green weeds. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle, 5%, Unclear amber /brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, dark fruit, yeast, notes of berries and dusty. Flavour is malt, caramel, dark fruit, yeast, medium sweet, notes of berries and a little bitter.
