Bland Ale. Cette belle pale ale est le fruit d’une erreur heureuse : elle était censée être l’Abruti (IPA brute), mais on a oublié d’ajouter le houblon pendant les derniers quelques jours de la fermentation pour lui donner ses fortes arômes. Le résultat : une bière pure et simplissime, sans amertume, moins aromatique, mais tout aussi rafraîchissante et agréable. Une bière estivale inattendue (même nous ne savions pas qu’elle allait arriver !)

hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma of green tea, wheaty, grainy and fruity notes; taste is quite the same - and which is really surprising, even some hoppy bitterness can be felt - which is impossible considering the fatct that they missedd adding the hops to the batch :D; anyway, it was a good decision to sell it: it is really enjoyable :)
