This Citra pale ale comprised of 2-Row, a combination of Munich malts providing a biscuity flavor with Caramel 40L malt giving it the right amount of sweetness. Columbus is introduced at the beginning of the boil for balance. A generous late addition of Citra hops accounting for three quarters of the beer's hops are thrown in at flameout to give the beer a fruity aroma & flavor profile.
