Nose: the gose aroma prevails (+) on the fruit, which lays in the background quite softly (especially the strawberry). The mouthfeel is a brilliant work, far from an obvious redundant fruit Gose, salty and sour just right with the lactose perfectly matching the fruit in a triumph of complexity in its balance.
