On tap @Luppolo Station in Rome. Golden semi-clear color with a frothy cap. Nose: cereals, hay, honey, grass. Mouth: medium-soft carbonation, honey, rustic malty overall, clean and fresh mild bitter finish. Bitter after taste. Very clean in the mouth, intensive and rustic at the nose.
