This is Kraut, a German Pilsner featuring Yakima's new experimental hop HBC 1134. HBC 1134 is an American twist on the classic noble hop. It was bred specifically as a modern lager hop with noble flavor elements like; floral, woody and herbal notes, with and a hint of citrus. We're really exited to see how this hop works with a classic German Pilsner recipe!

Tap @MBCC 2025, Red Session. Clear golden white head. Floral, earthy malty aroma. Sweet malty flavour, mild earthy bitterness.

Clear golden colour with small white head.Aroma of hops and grass nice crispy bitterness nice with good note of hops and malt nice crispy fresh and good long after taste.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours clear light golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, bread, grassy hops. Flavor is quite bitter, malt, bready, spicy and grassy hops. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and lasting bitter finish. 090625

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has bright grassy hops, straw, and biscuity malt. Flavour has bright grassy hops, herbaceous notes, and straw. Very dry, nice yeast hop character. Pleasant.
