Bee pollen is the name for field-gathered flower pollen packed by worker honeybees. The pollen give the Lambic a delicious honey-like taste, with flowery notes and a pleasant roundness.

On tap at Beer Time. Pours murky dull yellow with minimal head. Lots of leathery old funk, some wood, and a touch of something sweet. Flavour has plenty of leather, some tart old fruit skins; not getting anything resembling honey on the palate. Still enjoyable as a lambic, if nothing else.
