Tap at Billies. Bit hazy golden with big white head. Deep funky, oak, soft herbal, roses, a touch of what I guess are bee pollen but the lambic mostly really shines through the soft floral and honey notes. Flat. Very nice

Pours a medium dark copperblonde. Scent is very fuky and intense, honey funk, but oh-so-spicy and loud, 'dirty' honey. Taste is full , funky, honey very strongly presented and very funky indeed. Quite loud and intense. Medium lambic character (mild, being OB, in terms of character). It kinda works, but it's pretty intense and 'dirty' - I can imagine this not being a big crowd pleaser.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Green Session. Cloudy golden small white head. Funky fruity aroma. Sourish, funky citric ad acetic flavour. Pollen? When will they run out off weird additives?

# 4687; 7/2025. Sour fruity, red currant, funky, leather aroma. Murky orange body, no head. Funky, white currant, floral, sour. Medium body; low carbonation. Very good flavored lambic. 0,2 l, draught, craft-beer bar (Lya), Prague.

Thin body, light carbo. Med-high sour, med tartness. Pleasant full-blood barnyard funk, honestly I do not feel bee pollen, but overall the beer feels fresh, tasty, very good. May I even surmise that it is GOOD FOR YOU. Obviously!

Честно очень странный ламбик, очень кислый, излишне, а сена при этом вообще нет, кароче, не одобряю, хочу хлев с помётом.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma has light honey, armpits, and a touch of leather. Flavour is dry, with lots of mustiness, leather, and fermented out honey. Wouldn’t have guessed there was bee pollen in here. It’s alright.
MBCC 2025. Session #4.
Flowery honey, bold, funky. Kinda bitter. Ok.
