A dry, crisp golden ale made with German Pilsner Malt and hopped exclusively with fresh German Hallertau Blanc hops, Bird Island is a simple, delicate beer. It drinks like a clean lager, and is very crushable for it’s alcohol content. Bright, effervescent carbonation and vinous, earthy tangerine hop notes, this beer is already a brewer’s favorite.

Deep gold color with just a touch of haze and a thin white head that slowly dissipates. Bready crackery malt offset with earth citrus. Pretty easy to drink for the abv.
