Cask half pint at the Dick Whittington, Gloucester. Brown colour, small beige head. Moderate malty aroma. Lovely sweet and malty flavour, with some caramel and a hint of roast malts and nuts, but also a nice fruitiness which makes the beer very drinkable. One of the best English brown ales I’ve had in a long time.
