Bottle from Systembolaget.Pale yellow color with quickly disappearing head. Apple aroma with green grapes, yeast, some sweet vanilla notes. Apple flavor with grapes, light citrus and oak.

Bottle, thanks to Anders (Andysnow) split at Colin and the Vikings tasting, Nol, Goteborg, Sweden 22/03/14. Clear pale blonde with a moderate white covering, carbonation well evident. Nose is light smoke, orchard wood, apple, woody spruce. Taste comprises apple, spice, orchard wood, light smoke. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp close. Decent enough Zoider.

Bottle courtesy of AndySnow. Pours sparkling pale golden with a big fizzy goldenish white head that dissipates in a second without leaving any trace on the glass. Smell is fruity of course with ripe apples, leather, dry soil, mature cheese, apple sauce and subtle hints of apple cider vinegar. Taste is quite sour and fruity with sour apples, dry soil, leather, apple skins, hay and hints of sweet apples providing a roundness to the taste. Mouthfeel is crisp, tart, very dry, tiny round and light bodied. finish is sour and fruity with freshly pressed sour apples, leather, hay, cheese, apple cider vinegar and hints of moist wood. Unexpectedly tasty...

Bottle at the "Colin and the Vikings tasting, Goteborg". Poured a clear light pear colour with lots of bubbles and bubbly white head. The aroma is er.... apples. The flavour is alcoholic apples....with an apple palate! Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. It’s all apples!

Flavour: Dry apple.
Comment: A really nice aged cider. Very dry, suitable as a champagne substitute before dinner drink. A bit pricey, but well worth it if you consider it as a wine substitute.
