Nice light brown slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, cough syrup, fruit stones, yeast, oak, minerals, booze, bark, soil, dark malts, licorice, dark sugar, whisky. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, oak, cough syrup, booze, soil, bark, leather, whisky, sour grass, dark malts, dark sugar, paper, hints of peat. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

75 cl bottle. #1055 i'm having a cold and a sore throat. This ought to do it. pitch dark, small smooth brown head. sweet boozy and woody aroma, roasted malts, fainter dark dried fruits. The good booze must've mellowed it a bit, it is very soft and palatable for a whisk barrelling. flavor is licorice, tar, wood, hard roasted malts, rye, brown sugar, in a way both dry and a little sweet at the same time. Very nice imperial stout. Perhaps a little bit watery on the palate. Best tasting cough syrup ever.

Bottle #1751/2000. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is caramel, chocolate, vanilla, chocolate, a touch grape. Taste is chocolate, vanilla, grapes, earthy, leathery, boozy vineous finish. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very interesting!

Bottle from Beergium. Black with a minimal tan head. Sweet with dark malt, whiskey, licorice, dark chocolate and some caramel. The body was full and the finish with warming alcohol.

Aroma of roasty malts, syrup, wood, oak, honey, hints of smoke, leather, peat, coffee and dark chocolate. Taste is complex, smooth, slightly syrupy and sweet, hints of stingy wood, oak, whisky, smoke, peat, honey and warming alcohol. Finish is slightly boozy and syrupy with some smoky wood and whisky, hints of honey and peat

[ Bottle # 1519/2000 ]. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, light brown head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, dark malt, wood, alcohol - whisky. Flavor is heavy sweet and moderate ot heavy bitter with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, chocolate, wood, smoke, alcohol - whisky, medium dry, licorice ! Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20170819] 8-4-8-4-16
