On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a clear rosé colour with a small white head. Aroma has some barnyard funk, lots of tannins, and oak. Flavour has some bugginess, lots of tannins, oak, and muted earthiness. Yeast character is not amazing but the beer structure is good.

On tap at MBCC 2025, blue session. Pours clear amber with a white head. Spicy wild yeast and tannins on the nose. Flavour has very tannic skins, peppery saison yeast, earthy. Rough, but good.

MBCC. Hazy red with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wood, red grapes and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 230525
