On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear dark red with a small pink head. Aroma has musty berry skins, leather notes, and some bugginess. Flavour is dry, with lots of wild yeast, very dry raspberries, and hay. Bone dry, lightly fruity. Very good.

On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours clear ruby with a pink head. Sweet raspberries, gentle cinnamon, grass on the nose. Flavour has tart raspberries, grass, moderate acidity. Solid.
Tart raspberries, some funky farmyardy notes and sourness. Intense.

Fruits (a bit artificial), some wild notes.

Pours ruby with a small pinkish head. Aroma: wood barrels, leather and cherries. Taste: red berries, leather, wild yeast and funk. Funky palate.

MBCC. Clear dark red with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, raspberries, wood and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 240525
