Draft at Batzen Bräu, Bolzano, Italy. Pours classic pale gold-pils, with moderate white foam, very fine. Aroma is grainy and spicy. Body is average, with average carbonation. Quite a spiciness. Taste is moderately, easy to confuse with spiciness. Finish is fairly long with spiciness.

Tap at the source in Bolzano-Italy. Proper golden clear pour, persistent and tick white foam with drafts. Nose is straight Pilsner-like, malty, bread crumb, grassy. Mouth is great, the chili pepper perfectly matched the superb Pilsner overall. Terrific experimental pils, phenomenal!
