Tap at La Robe et la Mousse in Paris. Caramel color, ivory little foam. Nose: aroma is classic quadrupel all the way (+),firm feel of prunes and dates, a Dubbel-like note of sweet caramel. Mouth: cognac pops up in the mouthfeel, it’s charming in a way, molasses, figs. Truly clean, not invasive although the abc. Well-brewed.
