This Smoked was offered during a special "Smoked week" togehter with a mild version. It was brewed with malt torrefied over peat moss fire, a very different malt combination then there usual Rauchbier.

On tap @7Stern in Vienna. Dark caramel clear pour, ivory foam. Nose: smoked mozzarella and peat somehow. Mouth: it is a bodied and strong smoked, unrefined, the rauch is prepotently there. Mmmmh
