Das Nock Ale ist ganz klar das internationalste Bier der Shilling Brauerei. Die Rezeptur stammt nämlich aus dem Norden Englands, der Hopfen aus den USA und der Bierbrauer natürlich aus Kärnten. Diese Mischung ergibt ein herrlich leichtes Bier mit fruchtigen Aromen die nach und nach von der Bittere des Hopfens abgelöst wird.

On tap at the source in Austria, with Birrificio del Doge guys. Ancient golden color a bit hazy, medium off-white foam. Nose is a bouquet of tropical, sweet yeasty notes, almonds, bubble gum. Wow. Mouth is the same as the others, easy, clean, dry. Finish is bitter and balanced with a pinch of garlic.
