Originally brewed for the famous Electric Cinema, this is a sharp, outstandingly refreshing pale ale, with a high-impact citrus hit followed by a notable 'zing'.

500ml bottle. Gold with thin head, minimal retention. Aroma is like a radler, lemon and lime cordial with a hint of ginger beer; not unpleasant but a bit artificial. The first thing I noticed is the light body with a low carbonation; it just tasted flat for a light beer. Taste is like a basic golden ale with a lemon, lime, and mild ginger cordial adjunct added. Minimal bitterness. At its best I can image this being quite a refreshing brew but mine was quite poor.

Third, cask ale shared with Finn at the brewpub. Filmy layer, warm golden body, near-clear. Fair lacing. Ripe fruity smell, slightly spiced. Notes of lemony hops to the taste buds added by bread-like malts and a spicy touch. Spiced fruity endnotes. So and so. (Birmingham 03.02.2020).

Delt med Rune. Gylden. Så vidt litt filmskum. Lett sitrusaroma. Smaken kardemomme & fersken. Lett tørr avslutning.

Bottle from Bernie’s, Solihull. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is big citrus fruit, light yeast. The flavour is medium bitter with a smooth fruity light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. A great session golden ale and not too dissimilar to the Complete Muppetrry.
