Our collaboration with DC's Supreme Core Cidery! We replaced the standard white sugar in a Belgian Tripel with their house cider blend of Winesap, Jonah Gold, Gold Rush, and Pink Lady apples! This included three additions: in the kettle, a caramelized syrup in the fermenter, and a final dose in the keg for carbonation. The result blends the spice of the Belgian yeast (and a touch of grains of paradise) with the warmth of baked apples for a unique spin on a classic style!
