This beer derives fruitiness from both the hops and fermentation. El Dorado adds a bright watermelon aroma thanks to a small addition to the kettle and a large one to the fermentor. We dry hopped on brew day to drive off the raw/green hop aromatics. Fermentation was completed with a blend of English and Belgian yeast, for a hint of bubblegum and banana. Surprisingly full for a moderate alcohol beer.
