Madeleine, our unique and incredibly delicious Strawberry Shortcake NE IPA!
Madeleine was brewed with healthy portions of biscuit malt, lactose, real strawberry purée, and Tahitian vanilla beans. It was dry hopped in the juicy, low bitterness style of a New England IPA exclusively using Belma hops, an American hop varietal grown in the Yakima Valley and known for its ripe strawberry character.
