This is a tribute to the people and the breweries from Southern California that helped to define a new type of IPA, paving the way for experimentation in hop aroma, flavor and softness. This IPA is brewed with pale ale malt, 2- row, and light crystal malt for a mild toasted bread malt character. Hopped with whole leaf Amarillo and Mosaic, and dry hopped with Eukanot and Cascade for notes of peach, pine, orange blossom, and cotton candy. Dry and crushable with a crisper finish than our NEIPAs, and a whole lot clearer. We find this beer to be incredibly refreshing and elegant. The next pint can’t come soon enough.
