Delightful is a 7% IPA brewed in collaboration with Carton Brewing. When we were in Boston at Extreme Beer Fest in February, we got into a long conversation with Augie about adjuncts in hoppy beer, and expanding the conventional idea of IPA. So, we brewed an adjunct heavy IPA at our brewery similar but different than the beer we brewed together at their spot. This 7% Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA is brewed with cherry, marshmallow, vanilla, almond, lactose and hopped with loads of Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic. This concept was inspired by Turkish Delight.
