Cask at The Anchor, Birmingham. Poured a clear light to medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a big malt weak hop bitter palate and a short bitter finish. A superb English style bitter. Maybe a few more brewers need to experiment with Chinook in traditional English ales.
