We had our Dulles, VA buddies from Ocelot in the house to create a killer DDH DIPA with Southern Passion, Denali & Simcoe hops that we then double dry-hopped with Simcoe Lupulin Powder.
The result is a highly crushable DIPA with a balanced character of both dank and tropical hop notes with a firm malt backbone providing a small amount of sweetness. Just another example of how the unexpected sometimes happens when you cross the river.

16 oz can poured into a tulip. Courtesy of a friend, thanks Ben! Canned 4/27/2017. Semi-hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Quite a bit of tiny floating sediment throughout. Aromas of lemon citrus, malt, slightly aged floral notes. Tastes of lemon and grapefruit citrus, floral notes, malt, biscuit. Medium body with a dry finish. Solid collab.
